About me

Hi, I’m Lucy, I am a leadership coach working mostly supporting leaders and managers navigate transformation and change in such a way that they grow and lead the life that is right for them.

In doing this I have been honoured to meet amazing female leaders who have shared the pains, struggles and lonliness of trying to hold their high-flying careers together whilst trying to navigate and survive seperation.

The feedback I received from these women, and over time from their children, has driven me to develop and run this 12-week hybrid coaching and practice programme to help seperated mothers move through the pain, overwhelm and emotional exhaustion of seperation to bouncing forward whilst modeling the one most valuable skill their will ever leave their children: resilience.

The emotional weight, the constant juggling, and the pressure to make the “right” decisions can feel insurmountable. Here we work of evidence-based and tailored practical ways to help you move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Why I Do This Work

Throughout my career as a leadership coach and resilience specialist, I’ve worked with individuals and organizations to help people thrive, even in the face of adversity. But some of my most meaningful work has been with seperated mothers - because the resilience you build today doesn’t just impact you; it shapes your children’s future too.

I believe that separation doesn’t have to mean chaos, conflict, or losing yourself. With the right tools and support, you can build a future where you feel whole, where you make decisions that align with your values, and where your children grow up seeing strength, stability, and emotional security.

My Approach

Everything I share and coach around is grounded in research and based on tested, validated practices. I don’t just teach resilience - I work with you to creatively adapt evidence-based strategies to fit your life, your habits, and your schedule.

Helping busy mums integrate these practices in a way that feels natural and sustainable makes me happy and aligns with my beliefs about the world and people. There are no unrealistic expectations - just small, powerful shifts that become part of your everyday life. Whether it’s finding simple ways to manage stress in the middle of a chaotic day or navigating difficult conversations without emotional exhaustion, we’ll work together to make resilience something that works for you, rather than just another thing on your to-do list.
